We’re looking for a Web Application Developer to help us build outstanding digital learning applications for global, large scale projects.
Working within a small team, you’ll have an amazing level of control over the end solution and the opportunity to learn and share expertise.
We are currently recruiting a Learning Management System Administrator/Specialist to join our development team.
Serving as the first line of support, you will liaise directly with clients to troubleshoot and provide user education on system functionality in configuring their LMS to meet their requirements.
As part of the customer support team, you will be tasked with providing first line technical support, ticket logging and ticket resolution support to our key client accounts.
This is a key support position which requires the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, whilst demonstrating a customer first approach and capability across a range of product and platform service provisions.
